KENTUCKY (WKYT) - Many have noticed a cicada invasion in Kentucky this summer.
People are sharing photos and videos online of the noisy bugs that are annoying and bothering them.
While we may be in the home stretch of the cicadas’ tenure in the state, some researchers are encouraging folks to be patient with the pests.
In the video above, WKYT’s Alexa Minton speaks to two researchers from Centre College about their brief window to gather data.
